Dedicated Account Management team & In house Finance & Compliance teams Our experienced account managers work consultatively and bring their deep understanding of organisational structures, operational processes, and demands of working with and running high volume specialist accounts. Each account is fully supported by its own dedicated account management team including experienced contingent talent recruiters, along with an in-house compliance and workforce management team. This team support across onboarding and the full workforce lifecycle including background checks, regular check ins, employment queries, off-boarding, etc. Each account is also supported by a payroll and finance team and all of our contingent workers have access to an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme).
